High oleic sunflower, however, was developed to have only 5% of omega 6 and is mostly oleic acid, a highly stable omega 9 fatty acid. The oil itself has a shelf-life roughly 3x longer than regular sunflower and is therefore used across the food industry as a shelf stable ingredient in, for example, soups.
Our powder, made with gum arabic, is not only free from carbohydrates. It can also be safely applied in your end application without rancidity becoming an issue.

For Sunflower Oil Powder we use a mix of alpha tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate to stabilize this product.
