In principle not. Once we understand the business and accept the challenge we will work towards getting it done without any costs. The costs start when you place the order!

Of course, this is made specifically for you and will not be shared.
Most of the ingredients used in the process are owned by Lus Health. If we do need to source specific other ingredients we will qualify these extensively using our QA procedures.
First of all, your account manager will help translate your needs. If the formulation is all clear, this will be discussed with the NPD team who will start on the development process. The NPD team includes our technician, dietitian and QA manager. To make it easy, your contact person will always be the account manager.
