Introducing our ZerøCarb™ Fat Powders portfolio, created for developers who aim to make a positive health impact and want to avoid carbohydrates like maltodextrin & glucose syrup.
Our ZerøCarb™ ingredient range utilizes a unique production process: Oils are microencapsulated with Acacia Fibers (also known as Gum Arabic) and dried using FilterMat® spray drying. This results in highly dispersible powder that does not require emulsifiers or free flow agents, yet still gives that creamy texture to your formulations!
When developing a product, you need to choose which ingredients to use. This is not always so easy and when it comes to fat powders it may feel nearly impossible! Most fat powders are filled to the rim with ingredients like glucose syrup or maltodextrin which lead to blood glucose peaks AND can have a negative impact on gut health.
Adding to the complexity, various drying technologies and carrier systems are used to make fat powders. Understanding which combination works best for your application and target audience can be confusing, to say the least. That's where we come in – we are here to guide you through the process and help you grasp the impact of available options on human health and your specific application.
After extensive development with the required fat powders, your new or replacement product is finally ready to hit the market! Our clean label ingredients fit both the plant-based, as well as the growing low-carb market promising success for both you and your brand. Celebrate your product with end consumers who crave creamy goodness without the unwanted carbs.
It's time to make your mark as a low-carb hero. Take your first step today and be part of the movement toward healthier, carb-conscious choices!
